Children don't always have the words

Adults often talk about what's troubling them. Children may communicate through play, creativity, imagination, and behaviour. Play and creative arts therapy provides a safe space where children and teenagers can explore what they're experiencing in a way that feels natural and non-threatening to them.

Hello, I'm Liz..

I'm passionate about helping children and young people feel understood, supported, and able to be themselves.

My approach is warm, compassionate and centred around each individual child and teenager. I take time to understand the child behind the behaviour and create a space where they can feel safe enough to explore what's happening for them.
